As leaders, we all say that we want to encourage rigor, equity, and access in our schools. But does our behavior match our words? In this session, participants will examine how their behavior may be undermining their message and will learn seven leadership behaviors that are essential for promoting rigor, equity, and access in their schools. Then, participants will develop a leadership action plan they can use to integrate these leadership behaviors into the work they are doing at their own schools.
