This session will show how to effectively use classroom management for brain-based learning, foster effort to learn, and increase student achievement. Three practices of superior teachers will be shared along with three simple steps to promote responsible behavior. The approach is powerful and exciting because it promotes intrinsic motivation for both responsibility and learning. The strategies and practices involve reducing stress, handling conflicts, and controlling impulsive behaviors.
