Parents are too often silent partners in children's education. As educational leaders choose to engage in character education, their effectiveness can be both measured and fostered by their ability to involve parents in the process. Without parent trust in the sensitive topics of character education, relationships and learning communities cannot be built. This session will introduce parent connectedness techniques and offer educational leaders a chance to exchange ideas to invite parents into and involve them in the process.
