This session will explore the phenomenon of bullying. Research shows that an overwhelming percentage of students are neither bullies nor victims--they are bystanders. Participants can expect to leave this interactive, hands-on session with an understanding of how to engage the bystander and significantly decrease bullying behaviors by using a schoolwide climate improvement program.
