A guaranteed and viable curriculum is the school factor that has the greatest effect on student learning. What is guaranteed? What steps are necessary to successfully implement and sustain such an initiative? This session will present a process for implementing a guaranteed and viable curriculum aimed at raising the achievement of all students and closing achievement gaps. Participants will learn about the theory of change, underlying assumptions, development and implementation strategies, and monitoring and maintenance methods and data.
