In this interactive session, participants will learn how to use facilitation skills in helping to tame difficult groups and help them work through the concerns and issues associated with change. Strategies to be developed include open meetings, planning maps for facilitators, language tools to deal with anger and difficult people, and facilitator self-protection. Session participants will leave with practical strategies that can be immediately used to help in dealing with difficult groups.
