Administrators, new and veteran, are undergoing a national paradigm shift as the ESOL population increases. This session's presenters, from Prince George's County (Maryland), near Washington, D.C., will engage participants in strategies to help administrators and staff embrace and connect with the growing ESOL population. The session will include an interactive presentation of the year's professional development plans and engage participants in dialogue about how to transfer working ideas into their own school districts.
