This session will focus on sharing specific strategies and philosophies that work. In the past five years, the graduation rate at the presenter's school has improved from 91 to 98 percent (this includes a 97 percent graduation rate for Hispanic students). The pass rate on the school's state-mandated NCLB exam has also increased significantly. Newsweek recently named the school one of the 100 best high schools in America. Come learn about the series of programs and initiatives that have been implemented to achieve these results at little additional cost to the district.
