This interactive session will describe how one school system developed a diversity training program for all employees in the district. Session participants will learn how to begin the process, develop the training program, and add to the knowledge each year based on district data. This training program is not a drive-by inservice workshop; it is ongoing training based on a district's identified needs to address various components of diversity.
