A demographic shift caused Cumming Elementary School (Georgia) to quickly become a school with a large Latino population. This session's presenters will share the facts, feelings, and strategies used to knit the faculty, students, and community into a welcoming culture that ensured quality work. Numerous state and national awards attest to the success of all learners. Participants will receive a CD of information, materials, and examples.
