This session will provide participants with a multimedia, interactive experience that will focus on how elements of professional learning communities can increase test scores and passing rates for all subgroups. The presenter's school was able to increase their test scores for their economically disadvantaged and African American subgroups through the school's implementation of professional learning communities.
